Dear a2b transfers,

After using your services to pick 8 of us up from Porto Airport, Portugal last Thursday and back again on Sunday evening, I just wanted to say thank you very much indeed for the excellent service you provided.

We were slightly late in arriving, but that didn�t seem to be a problem to your lovely staff who greeted us.

During the four days we were there, we used many taxis to get about which was �hairy� to say the least. However, your driver was absolutely excellent, punctual, immaculately turned out and very pleasant and helpful.

We will definitely use your company again.

I booked an a2b transfer for the 9th June from Heraklion airport Crete to my hotel in Rethymnon with return transfer on the 16th.

I would just like to say a big thank you for the service I received. We arrived at Heraklion airport at 4.15am to find your representative waiting for us. We were transferred directly to our hotel via taxi, which after travelling through the night and an hour + transfer time, was much preferred to the usual coach journey. I received a faxed confirmation via the hotel for the return journey stating collection times and a taxi was waiting for us at 2.00am on the 16th to return us to the airport.

As this is the first time I have arranged my own transfers, I usually take the ones offered by the travel agent, I was a bit sceptical but after using the service wouldnt hesitate to book with you again and would defiantly recommend you in the future.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that the company you used to arrange our transfer from airport to hotel were excellent. Extremely polite and good quality service. The car was of a good size, (people mover) and clean. Drivers extremely courteous and helpful taking the luggage and pointing out sights along the way. The driver who collected us from the airport was particularly pleasant.

I appreciate that and its good of you to ask. Apparently the hotel has an independant service with a resident living on the complex who owns his own van. For a fee (not disclosed) he takes passengers to and from the airport. For these clients who for financial reasons needed to stick to a budget on this occasion it was the better option.

I should let you know however in sourcing a transfer deal on the internet a2b were by far the cheapest to many others - close competitors were holiday taxis.com, holidaytransfers.com).

In looking at your prices your deals are exceptional especially on return bookings. I will ensure to recommend a2b to friends, family and business clients travelling overseas.
